Richard Zacher II – Owner/President & Chief Executive Officer
As the Founder of Zacher Homes, Rich Zacher has always maintained a personal involvement in each step of the home building process. This daily interaction with his management team has ensured a level of exceptional quality that has been key to the growth and success of new home builders in Arizona. Rich’s areas of expertise include capital formation, project acquisition, product design and overall management of the operating team and profit centers.

Rod Lunt – Director of Land Development
Rod’s responsibilities include the facilitating and coordination of project engineering, development approvals, bidding, contracting, bid negotiations and contractor selection for land development by home builders in Arizona. He also oversees the construction of the infrastructure relating to subdivision development.

John Swedler – Director of Construction
John manages the team of Zacher Homes field personnel responsible for construction and warranty service of our homes. This team maintains construction schedules, meets code compliance issues and manages all quality control. John also participates in plan reviews to identify any construction issues relating to building or off-site development plans.
